High Grade Nomogram

This nomogram can be used to predict 3-year probability of biochemical PSA cure (< 0.2 ng/mL) for patients with Gleason sum 4+3=7 or greater after radical prostatectomy.

PSA
Gleason sum 7(4+3), 8, 9 or 10
Intraductal cancer of prostate (IDC-P)
Seminal vesical invasion (T3b)
Extraprostatic spread/capsule penetration (T3a)
Positive surgical margin
TZ tumour origin

Probability of PSA cure (PSA < 0.2ng/mL) at 3 years 0%

This nomogram was developed in Western Australia using data from 2677 patients with Gleason sum 4+3 or greater undergoing radical prostatectomy between 1998-2016.
